There is a heat warning in Toronto today and drought conditions throughout southern Ontario
3 volunteers braved the heat
Tasks:
- Laid sand over the path so that it will be well marked at last
- Repaired old chicken wire-and-wood screen from a defunct garden and repurposed it as a trellis for the cucumbers
- Checked fruit trees—no aphids
